I already found one here in this website but it did not work for gimp so it was not the one needed but with luck i was able to get my hand on one hope someone out there need it

Install Instructions

Open the downloaded archive and extract the DLL file
1.Extract .DLL
Open the archive you downloaded and extract the specific .dll file.
Install the DLL into the correct Windows system folder
2.Install .DLL
Place the file in the correct folder:
32-bit → C:\Windows\SysWOW64
64-bit → C:\Windows\System32
Restart the application after installing the DLL
3.Restart Software
Close and reopen the application so Windows can load the new DLL.
