This client library enables working with the Microsoft Azure Storage services which include the blob and file services for storing binary and text data, and the queue service for storing messages that may be accessed by a client.

Download the file, right-click the folder, and extract all files to your computer.

Install the .DLL
Move the extracted DLL file into the root folder of the software that is giving you the error (where its .exe file is located), or place it in the system directory below:
32-bit → C:\Windows\SysWOW64
64-bit → C:\Windows\System32

Restart the Program
Close and reopen the program or game so Windows can look for and load the new DLL file.
