This is the 2nd FSR 4.1.0 (same size as the first file, so maybe a mistake from AMD&Microsoft, or really small chnages). Replace previous version by searching it in system32+enable machine learning upscaling in the software. On Linux put it directly in the fake system32 of Proton GE/EM/Cachy

Install Instructions

Open the downloaded archive and extract the DLL file
1.Extract .DLL
Open the archive you downloaded and extract the specific .dll file.
Install the DLL into the correct Windows system folder
2.Install .DLL
Place the file in the correct folder:
32-bit → C:\Windows\SysWOW64
64-bit → C:\Windows\System32
Restart the application after installing the DLL
3.Restart Software
Close and reopen the application so Windows can load the new DLL.
